Misting Fan Rental Prices

Our fans are set up on tripods with 2 fans per tripod. See the picture below for an example. Other configurations can be used for unique cooling situations.

How Many Fans Do We Need?

  • Each tripod will flash cool an area of 25 feet wide and throw cool air 30 feet out.
  • Typically, each tripod will effectively cool a group of 40 people seated at tables. (Depending on the arrangement of course)
  • Pairs of tripods placed on opposite sides of a party do a great job of "stirring" the air, which enhances your cooling coverage.

What do I need to do?

  • You just need to be sure to have a garden hose water hookup and 2 separate electrical outlets that can provide 20 amps of power where the event will be held.
